FAVOURITE EXERCISE:
Any type of Olympic lift or complex!

LEAST FAVOURITE EXERCISE: Anything with strict pulling. Strict muscle ups are pretty tough when you are 95kg, but no excuses – I'm working to make it one of my strengths

FAVOURITE WORKOUT SONG/S: Anything Dakke Dakk, thanks to my good friends out in Copenhagen! You can follow my playlist on Spotify or listen to anything by Weightlifting101 to get a feel for it!

ULTIMATE WORKOUT PARTNER: Anyone at CrossFit Pen Y Bont. It’s not the level of the athlete, but how much they want to give. I work out with all levels of guys at my box and I can honestly say I love it!

PERFECT REST DAY: What?

FAVOURITE CHEAT MEAL: Maple and pecan slices… And pretty much any Ben & Jerry’s ice cream is my weakness!

CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT: My dog, Fred

FUN FACT: I love a good documentary on how weird things are made... How fun! Ha ha!

FAVE BEAR STRENGTH ITEM/S: Flying B heather navy tee
