TYPICAL TRAINING DAY SNACKS: A rough day is as follows. Please note there is a heap of maple pecan slices thrown in there, too!
7am: Oats, Rawnola and a milk, coffee and coconut oil blend
11.30am: Post-training, coffee/chocolate Icon Nutrition protein mix and a meal from Physique Foods UK
2.30pm: Chicken or beef with vegetables and some carbs
4pm: Battle Oats and a coffee then back to training
6-7.30pm: Small amount of meat with rice or quinioa
9.30pm: Ice Cream
11pm: Skyr and Icon Nutrition protein mixed
FAVOURITE EXERCISE: Any type of Olympic lift or complex!
LEAST FAVOURITE EXERCISE: Anything with strict pulling. Strict muscle ups are pretty tough when you are 95kg, but no excuses – I'm working to make it one of my strengths
