OCCUPATION:Crossfit level 1 trainer and sports massage therapist

ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENTS: played national level basketball and football all throughout school/ college. In 2005-2006 I received a scholarship to Michigan USA playing both sports. I started crossfit in 2013 and have been competing in crossfit competitions since. I have competed in French throwdown 2014 (15th), European inferno 2014 and 2015 (1st)

FAVOURITE EXERCISE: Murph – a Hero WOD in memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005. The workout is a 1 mile Run, 100 Pull-ups, 200 Push-ups, 300 Squats and a 1 mile Run for time

LEAST FAVOURITE EXERCISE: Anything that includes heavy thrusters (a compound movement that combines a clean, front squat and push-press)

PERFECT REST DAY: Something sporty and a chilled Netflix marathon
